To eliminate confusion; we have provided you with some frequently asked questions and answers about our specific clinic and industry. - How soon can I get an appointment?
- We will try to accommodate you with an appointment on the same day as your demand. Our evenings are generally booked in advance.
- Where is your clinic located?
- If you search “Impala Pain & Rehabilitation Care near me” our website will show up for our two locations. One clinic is in……………………………. Another is in……………
- Do I need a Doctor’s Note/Referral?
- You do not need a doctor’s note/referral to come and see us.
- How should I dress?
- You can come in any dress. We will provide you with a patient dress that is comfortable, fresh, and can be exposed to the treatment area appropriately. We do have private changing rooms available if you need to change.
- How long do initial assessments take?
- Your first appointment at Impala Pain & Rehabilitation Care will involve a detailed assessment by the health practitioner followed by a treatment session which can be an hour long.Subsequent treatment sessions will be 45 mins to an hour long depending on your condition.
- What are your treatment rooms like?
- We understand that some parts of treatment can be private in nature. We have one-to-one service private rooms and an open gym room for rehabilitation purposes
- Do you have parking available?
- Yes, we have lots of FREE parking on-site available for our patients in both of our clinics in Sanmar tower.
- How can I provide feedback?
- You can visit our contact page, write to us, or review us on Google to provide feedback.
